Essentially, we (SEE Reward) are Employee Engagement experts, with over 25 years in the field of reward and engagement.
We work with organisations of all sizes, from small independent manufacturing companies to multi-national retail companies, but we specialise in small to mid-sized businesses.
SEE Reward can take on any project or they can sign up to one of our packages, but they’ll always have a single point of contact and dedicated time, as well as 24/7 access to advice.
We invest our profits into Cornish community projects, charities, and causes close to our hearts.
SEE Reward creates self-funding incentive schemes, pay strategies and structures, benefits and reward matrices, and we take a holistic approach to everything we do.
We believe in a social employment model where an employer recognises that life at work influences life at home. And if we can’t prove that we have saved the employer more with recommendations from our services have cost, all fees are refunded.
