Helen is a hypnotherapist and breathwork practitioner who specialises in working with stress and anxiety using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. In an often crowded therapeutic space, Helen's discipline is rooted firmly in her 16-year career as a nurse. As a hypnotherapist she understands not only the emotional impact of stress but the physiological affects on the body.
