I'm a Health and Wellbeing practitioner and nutrition coach with an empathetic and empowering approach to inspire others on their own wellness journey.

 

I use a mix of presentations, workshops and in-person coaching to empower businesses, teams and 1-2-1 clients to focus on the aspects of positive change that will make a difference to their personal wellbeing. 

 

I believe that optimum wellness is the combination of good physical and mental health, which is achieved through a greater understanding and education of how change can be so impactive. 

My unique approach to a balanced lifestyle and working on nutritional, physical and emotional wellbeing at the same time, is the key to success and allowing my clients to define and reach their potential within their own environment. 

 

With coaching and guidance, I champion marginal change over big-ticket, short-term transformation. Incremental gains are far more sustainable than radical change, especially when we consider the foods we eat and how much daily movement we enjoy. I'm a  strong advocate for including mindfulness and connection to our emotional health on our journey to optimum wellbeing, and my clients have experienced first-hand the powerful impact of daily gratitude practice alongside other changes.
