"The Lighthouse Collective was formed because the narrative of 'Be Kind' isn't enough. When we need wellbeing support the services we're signposted to are often inadequate and in an unregulated industry, credentials and experience can be hard to verify.

In my private practice I work holistically, and while I am a global workplace wellbeing expert, I'm not experienced in all areas of wellbeing. And sometimes my clients need support but budget has already been spent.

So, unable to find the services I was looking for under one roof, I set about creating the solution that I was being asked for: a one-stop shop for experienced wellbeing practitioners who shared my values."
